Inside Stylist Rachel Zoe's Fall Curateur Box

Rachel Zoe, one of my favorite stylists, created Curateur (formerly Box of Style) a subscription box for fashion, beauty, and home items. I've been devouring every box since day one. Below are the details of Curateur's most recent box (Fall 2021 edition).

Item One: Stevie Poncho ($148 value)

The Stevie Poncho by ParrishLA is the perfect fall companion. This piece of soft knitwear has a simple yet bold design that incorporates my favorite fall colors black and tan. Lauren Parrish Walker launched her knitwear line as tribute to her late mother and honors her in every piece with a red yard woven into each design to symbolize family and togetherness.

This poncho is incredibly cozy. I have Netflix and poncho time as I happily drape it on myself multiple times a week. It can easily be styled with jeans, leggings, even over a black or tan dress. I recently styled it with faux leather leggings, a graphic tank top, and a delicate tan headband (see above).

Item Two: Oma The Label Bracelet ($79-$89 value)

Oma The Label is a multifaceted brand founded by Neumi Anekhe with the goal of creating more diversity within the fashion industry. For the fall box you were able to choose either The Timepiece Bracelet ($89) or The Abuja Bracelet ($79).

I choose the The Timepiece Bracelet because the links reminded me of a watch band without the face, something I thought was very unique. The chunky bracelet has a bit of a masculine vibe to me which complements my collection of mostly dainty feminine pieces. I purchased the matching ring through the Shoppe (an add-on store where you can purchase additional items at a discount) and I think they look great paired together (see above right).

Item Three: Rose Candle ($95 value)

The Rose Candle by Naeem Khan is a beautiful light rose scent in the prettiest glass votive.

I'm not usually a fan of rose scented items so I was nervous I would dislike the smell of this candle; however, this scent was subtle with additional notes that made it the right blend to fill my living room at night. When the candle burns down (already well on its way), I can't wait to repurpose the glass votive into a gorgeous piece of home decor. This picture does not do the glass votive justice, it is seriously dreamy.

Item Four: Shea Butter Intense Oil ($28 value)

The Shea Butter Intense Oil by Fekkai is a hydrating oil that can be used on your hair or skin. The Fekkai brand developed by Frederic Fekkai has always been a good go-to for vegan, cruelty free products with less terrifying ingredients than other beauty brands. I like the inclusion of this product in the box because I suffer from incredibly dry skin and hair as the Chicago weather becomes more frigid.

*Note this was a choice item. The other option was Khôl Eyeliner in Jet Black by Jillian Dempsey ($20 value)

Item Five: Vital Repair Serum ($69 value)

Nuori was founded by Jasmi Bonnén, a former L'Oreal alum, who now creates purely formulated beauty products. This serum helps fight free radicals, hydrates, and protects your skin against damage.

I have yet to try this product, as I am incredibly squeamish about using new face products since I breakout easily, but I've heard great things about the brand and plan on incorporating it into my skin care routine soon.

If you're interested in reading more of my thoughts on the Curateur box; I will be creating a more detailed post on why I keep subscribing, what brands I've discovered through the box, pricing, perks, and what to expect.

Stay fashionable, Linda
